Clayton Curtis brings more than 38 years of midstream and upstream experience to Moda Midstream, with 28 of those years in a safety and environmental compliance and support position. He joined Moda from Zenith Energy/Arc Terminals, where he served as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. Prior to Zenith Energy Terminals, Clayton was with Oiltanking Holdings Americas and served initially as Director of Regulatory Affairs then later as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Oiltanking Americas Holdings and Oiltanking Terminals Partners’ General Partner. Prior to joining Oiltanking, he spent 20 years with Baker Hughes and started his career in Illinois with Texaco Inc. in the Exploration and Production group.

Clayton received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and zoology from Southern Illinois University. He lives in Pearland with his wife and daughter.
